We offer several options for advertising: Insights magazine print ads, 5 Minute News digital ads, and conference guide print ads. We also offer opportunities to host Sponsored Webinars.

Insights Magazine Advertising

Insights is published quarterly and shared with all 2,800 IECA members. A digital version of each issue is also posted on the IECA website.

INSIGHTS Option 3: Brochure or Flyer Inserts

We accept a limited number of insertions from advertisers in the form of postcards, flyers, or brochures. All insertions must be approved by IECA prior to insertion. Prices are per issue. Inserts must be 8.5”x11” or smaller so they fit inside the 9"x12" envelope used to mail Insights. Advertiser must provide 3,000 copies of brochure/flyer insertions to IECA to send to IECA members.

Digital Advertising in Weekly Monday Email to IECA Members

Our 5 Minute News weekly email to members is our most widely read member communication. It is distributed at the start of the work week to our 2,800 members. The ad is featured at the bottom of the email and can include a link to the advertiser's website or a landing page of their choice. The ad size is 400 pixels wide by 125 pixels high at 72 DPI. Artwork is due one week prior to insertion. Limit: 12 weeks for campaign. For campaigns lasting more than four weeks, contact Jean Lockwood at [email protected] to confirm pricing and availability.

Conference Guide Ads

IECA hosts one annual conference in the spring. Advertising is available in the printed conference guide distributed to the 1,300 participants upon arrival. Conference attendees use it all week to keep up with daily schedules and events; breakout sessions; hosted events; and more, and then take it home as a lasting resource.

IECA reserves the right to decline any advertising not appropriate to its membership. Advertisers and their agents assume liability for the content of advertisements printed. Publication of an advertisement by IECA is in no way an endorsement of the advertiser, or the products/services being advertised. Full payment is due upon confirmation of insertion order received. To ensure accuracy, IECA requires all provided ads to be sent in JPG, PDF, or PNG format. IECA will make every effort to contact advertisers of potential problems with their artwork. However, the association is not responsible for typographical errors or printing errors due to improper formatting of the advertisement provided by the advertiser. Advertiser is responsible for providing updated artwork for multiple issue reservations. Otherwise, the previous month’s art will be used.
