Business Growth Institute

The Business Growth Institute is designed to help IECA Professional members with 5+ years of IEC experience who are at a maximum caseload expand and grow their businesses. For the solopreneur, this institute will help you clarify your business goals, operate at peak efficiency, and plan for the future. For those expanding further, the hiring of staff, contractors, and managing a team will be explored.

Participants will meet from approximately 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET each Thursday for six weeks, from January 23, 2025 through February 27, 2025. To ensure that at the end of our six weeks together you will have made significant progress in your business planning, there will be assignments each week that we will ask you to complete prior to the next class. We will also have a private community in the Member Network for participants to connect and share resources throughout the program and beyond.

The following six modules will be taught by IECA members with expertise in these areas. Sessions will be recorded for those who may not be able to attend on a scheduled date.

Module 1: Creating a Vision/Strategic Plan
Module 2: Fundamentals of Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Finance
Module 3: Growing a Team
Module 4: Business Operations
Module 5: Legal Considerations and Strategic Partnerships
Module 6: Questions, Wrap Up, and Next Steps

Participants will receive certificates following completion of the institute.

After 12/16/24: $1,250

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please note that IECA must receive written notification of cancellation to: [email protected]. Cancellations received by December 15 will receive a refund of the registration fee paid to date, minus a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received from December 16 to December 31 will receive a refund of the registration fee paid to date, minus a $200 administrative fee (a portion of our direct administrative costs). Cancellations received after December 31 will not receive a refund or credit.
