Time flies and we have been having fun! It’s been just over a year since IECA’s latest strategic planning process was launched. In short order, a steering group was appointed, consultants were selected, and serious work began to unfold. Fast forward to spring 2022, and our committee is delighted to report that following the IECA Spring Conference in Philadelphia, the plan was presented, discussed, and unanimously approved by IECA’s Board of Directors.
