Information included in this Directory, and accessed through use of the Directory, is provided “AS IS” and without any warranty, expressed or implied.
IECA does not provide any warranty related to the work of any IECA member/consultant listed in this Directory including without limitation as such work relates to their professional services for and with any child or family. Use of this Directory to locate an IECA member/consultant is wholly voluntary and IECA bears no responsibility for the use of this Directory or for the information contained therein. Use of this Directory and the information contained herein is at your own discretion and risk.. In no event shall IECA be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such information or for any damages, including without limitation any consequential, special or punitive damages, even if IECA is advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree to be responsible for any damages resulting from your breach of this Agreement and reimburse us for all of costs, expenses and fees (including all attorney’s fees) arising from or relating to your breach.
Terms of Use
IECA is providing this Directory as a resource to the general public. The only permitted use of this Directory is for the convenience of the public in obtaining reference access to information on IECA members/consultants for non-commercial purposes. The Directory is a copyrighted work created and owned by IECA. The Directory is licensed to you under these Terms of Use and their conditions and is not sold. The Directory and its contents may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, sublicensed or publicly displayed on a web site, in whole or in any part, without the prior express written permission of IECA.
This Directory may not be used for research purposes; without limiting the foregoing, use of any of the information obtained from this Directory by unaffiliated IECs, schools, businesses or associations to solicit IECA members for research or to identify research subjects is prohibited. Use of any of the information for commercial purposes, political purposes, or for solicitation of any kind is prohibited. This Directory may not be used to send emails to groups of members, may not be used to develop mailing lists or other directories, and may not be used to send announcements, advertisements, or other solicitations. The Directory may not be used to establish independent data files, lists of members, or lists of contact information for members.
IECA reserves the right to monitor all use of this Directory for compliance with the terms of use of this agreement, including the terms described above. IECA shall have the right to restrict or otherwise block any person’s use of this Directory indefinitely or for any lesser amount of time should IECA determine, in our sole discretion, that the person is not in compliance with or is otherwise in violation of these terms of use; provided however that IECA is not obligated to do so. IECA reserves the right to change the Directory, its availability to you, the terms of use and the disclaimer at any time at its sole discretion without notice to you and your use shall be bound by the current terms of use and disclaimer.
