Smith Tunstall Education Planners (STEP) is committed to helping students create a clear path to the colleges and post-secondary options which best match their academic, social, and career aspirations. STEP has solid experience working with students with learning differences including those with ADHD, ASD, and diagnosed learning disabilities.

Fran has been in partnership with fellow IECA Professional member, Carol Tunstall , since they formed their business in 2017. She earned her undergraduate degree in marketing from Temple University in Philadelphia, Independent Educational Consultant Certificate from the University of California-Irvine, and Certificate in Executive Function & LD: Integrating Strategies, Study Skills and Technology from Landmark College in Putney, Vermont.
