IECs are small business owners who help young people to find their own unique paths to success. Yet, day to day, most of us are speaking to teenagers and parents versus colleagues and other professionals. While I am relatively new to the ranks of Professional IECA membership, I feel so supported and embraced. IECA gives us the resources and assistance that we need, when we need it.
