TOUR A: May 2–4 (Thursday–Saturday)
Tour begins in Hartford, CT with drop off at Mohegan Sun Resort

Avon Old Farms, Miss Porter’s School, Loomis Chaffee, Choate Rosemary Hall, Westminster School
- Thursday, May 2: Fly into Hartford, CT
- Friday, May 3: Avon Old Farms, Miss Porter’s School, Loomis Chaffee
- Saturday, May 4: Choate Rosemary Hall and Westminster School
- Tour ends Saturday with drop off at Mohegan Sun Resort at approximately 4:30 p.m.
- Registrants must participate in the entire tour utilizing transportation provided.
- You will be responsible for paying for your hotel reservations in Hartford Thursday and Friday nights. Your check-in day at the Mohegan Sun will be Saturday. Tour hotel information will be provided to confirmed tour participants in the coming weeks. NOTE: Once you are confirmed on the tour, be sure to book your Mohegan Sun reservation immediately as availability on Saturday, May 4 is limited.

Post–Conference K-12 School Tour
Tour E: May 8–10 (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Tour ends in Boston, MA with drop offs at BOS and the tour hotel
Massachusetts Area: Lawrence Academy, Groton School, Concord Academy, Middlesex School, Dana Hall
- Wednesday, May 8: Depart from Mohegan Sun at 4:30 p.m.
- Thursday, May 9: Lawrence Academy, Groton School, and Concord Academy
- Friday, May 10: Middlesex School and Dana Hall
- Breakfast and Lunch provided on Thursday and Friday
- Tour ends Friday with drop off at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) at approximately 2:30 p.m. and then the tour hotel.
- Book your travel out of BOS airport no earlier than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10
- If you prefer to book your travel out of BOS on Saturday, May 11, you will be responsible for identifying and booking your own hotel accommodations for Friday night.
- Registrants must participate in the entire tour utilizing transportation provided on Thursday and Friday.
- You will be responsible for paying for your hotel reservations Wednesday and Thursday nights (as well as Friday if needed based on your travel departure). The rate at the tour hotel is $168 single/double and includes guest room internet access; booking information will be emailed to you once you are confirmed on the tour.
