Pre-Conference College Tours

Tours are available to IECA Professional, Associate, and Student members who are registered for the conference. Only conference attendees may participate in these tours. Please do not make travel or flight arrangements until you successfully complete your registration and receive a confirmation email.

Carefully read the details of each tour, as departure and arrival days and locations vary widely.

Please note: All registrants must participate in the entire tour utilizing the transportation provided—there are no exceptions.

To register for a tour, you must read and agree that you will abide by the following policy:

This tour is full, but you can add your name to the small waitlist when you register for the conference.

Post-Conference College Tours

Tour 4: May 8–10, 2024 (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

Tour ends in Boston, MA with drop offs at BOS and the tour hotel

Boston Area:

Colleges of the Fenway, Harvard University, Northeastern University

  • Wednesday, May 8: Depart from Mohegan Sun at 4:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 9: Colleges of the Fenway
  • Friday, May 10: Harvard University and Northeastern University
  • Tour ends Friday with drop offs at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) at approximately 2:15 p.m. and then the tour hotel.
  • Book your travel out of BOS airport no earlier than 4:45 p.m. on Friday, May 10
  • If you prefer to book your travel out of BOS on Saturday, May 11, you will be responsible for identifying and booking your own hotel accommodations for Friday night.
  • Registrants must participate in the entire tour utilizing transportation provided on Thursday and Friday.
  • You will be responsible for your hotel reservations Wednesday and Thursday nights (as well as Friday if needed based on your travel departure). The rate at the tour hotel is $179 single/double and includes breakfast and guest room internet access. Tour hotel information will be provided to confirmed tour participants in the coming weeks.
  • Registration fee: $270

TOUR 5: May 9–10 (Thursday & Friday)

Tour ends in Providence, RI with drop offs at PVD and the Mohegan Sun Resort

Rhode Island

Bryant University, Rhode Island School of Design, Providence College, University of Rhode Island, Salve Regina University

  • Thursday, May 9: Depart from Mohegan Sun at 7:15 a.m.
  • Thursday, May 9: Bryant University, Rhode Island School of Design and Providence College
  • Friday, May 10: University of Rhode Island and Salve Regina University
  • Tour ends Friday with drop offs at Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (PVD) at approximately 4:15 p.m. and then the Mohegan Sun Resort.
  • Book your travel out of PVD airport no earlier than 6:15 p.m. on Friday, May 10
  • If you prefer to book your travel out of PVD on Saturday, May 11, you will be responsible for identifying and booking your own hotel accommodations for Friday night. The bus will not return to the tour hotel.
  • Registrants must participate in the entire tour utilizing transportation provided on Thursday and Friday.

  • Tour ends Friday with drop off at Bradley International Airport (BDL) at approximately 5:00 p.m. and then the Mohegan Sun Resort.
  • Book your travel out of BDL airport no earlier than 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10
  • If you prefer to book your travel out of BDL on Saturday, May 11, you will be responsible for identifying and booking your own hotel accommodations for Friday night. The bus will not return to the tour hotel.
