IECA Member: $350
Non-Member: $475

If you are part of an IECA member’s practice with multiple IECs and your firm registers two people at the $350 rate (or $475 rate for non-member IECs), all additional registrants from your firm will receive a 50% discount off their registration rate. (Note that this applies only to those IECs who work together as employees/associates in the same firm; it does not apply to those who form collaboratives or cooperatives for marketing and networking purposes.) Contact Sue DePra at [email protected] if your firm would like to take advantage of this discount.

The IECA Virtual Conference Cancellation/Refund Policy
IECA must receive notification of your cancellation by email to [email protected] by July 1 in order to receive a credit/refund. You will automatically receive a payment credit (equaling 100% of the fees paid) towards a future IECA event, membership dues, advertisement, or sponsorship. Your willingness to use a credit allows IECA to keep cash flow from becoming an extreme hardship and we are most appreciative if you are able to do that. You may also request a refund, in which case you will receive a refund of 100% of your fees, minus a $35 administrative fee (a portion of the direct administrative costs charged by our online system for registering and unregistering participants and processing payments.) Refunds will take up to 4 weeks for processing. We are also grateful to those who may choose to support the Association by donating a portion of their conference payment to IECA to assure continuity of operations. Those cancelling after July 1 will not receive a credit or a refund.
