We offer an exhibit area for vendors at our conferences. This option is for publishers, test prep, financial and other businesses that serve schools, colleges, and consultants (this is not for schools, colleges or programs).
The IECA conference Vendor Hall is designed exclusively for businesses and organizations that serve independent educational consultants, colleges, prep schools, special purpose programs, counselors and related groups. With a limited number of exhibit tables available, we look for a mix of appropriate vendors: publishers, web designers, office management software, test prep companies, financial institutions, counselor and school service companies, etc. The IECA conference is a unique opportunity for services and businesses to reach all these groups in one place, at one time. We schedule refreshment breaks, networking lounge, and dedicated exhibit times in Conference Central.
For more information, contact Jean Lockwood, IECA’s External Relations Coordinator, or 703-591-4850 ext. 6982.

Feedback From IECA Fall 2020 Conference Attendees:
I love the ability to pop into vendor booths and connect one-on-one or in a small group.
Compared to other virtual conferences I've attended, IECAs was the most organized, most
accessible, and most valuable.
This conference was valuable on so many levels! All topics and presenters were outstanding.
The fact that it was online eliminated having to decide between two great sessions.–Sandy Aprahamian
This conference seemed to flow beautifully. Loved connecting with everyone, and getting to
I was really impressed again with the ease of use with the Zoom sessions at the conference—especially the roundtable discussions and college fair.
“A big thanks to you and the IECA staff for coordinating such a quality virtual event, both from a vendor and attendee perspective. Although I sorely miss seeing colleagues in person, you have created the next best thing!” —Brooke Daly
I enjoyed my first IECA conference! I especially enjoyed the business sessions. Thanks to everyone for making it great.
While I miss the in person conferences, I love having access to all of the sessions! IECA has done a fabulous job of 'pivoting' to remote!
The session brought out specific information to help me support my students applying to boarding schools, and when working with seniors and juniors who are questioning the college planning process in the midst of the Covid crisis. I appreciated hearing directly from the admissions people; Very helpful, real-time information.
Many of the topics and presentations were positively excellent. I learned wonderful new, useful—even creative—information. I look forward to our next conference. Excellent programming
and terrific app.
I enjoyed being able to present as well as attend. There's much that I'll need to go back and watch since the schedule was bursting at the seams, I just couldn't get to everything. Looking forward to watching the recordings of all that I missed.
IECA does better than most, in trying constantly to engage, educate and even humor a very diverse, fickle, and demanding vocal membership.
I expected this conference to be less engaging than the July conference. Thank you for proving me wrong. I felt invigorated, excited and motivated with each day of the conference. The networking was a bonus. —Belinda Wilkerson
An excellent job was done to prepare for the virtual format. The sessions were informative. I found watching on my own time really helpful.
This IECA virtual pivot has truly exceeded my expectations and kept us up to date on all the changes that colleges and our cohorts are experiencing! —Deb Davis Groves
I really enjoyed the workshops and Q&A sessions I attended. This was my first conference. I am really glad there will be a month to catch up on the rest of the material I want
to check out.
The Keynote Speakers provided welcome enthusiasm and optimism, reenergizing us to continue on the course of making a positive impact after a busy year of uncertainties and pivots for everyone.
