At the IECA 2022 Spring Conference, I co-hosted a breakout session entitled "PROFIT: A Six-Figure Opportunity, Not a Four-Letter Word" with Stef Mauler of The Mauler Institute. The germ of the idea for the session originated as Stef and I were discussing the process of building a robust, referral-generating client base.
