One of the most exciting aspects of this conference will be our interactive Exhibit Hall, which will be accessible
24 hours a day starting Wednesday, November 10 at 12:00 noon ET and closing Friday, November 12 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Included in the Exhibit Hall:
- College & Postsecondary booths (with dedicated live Fair time on Wednesday, November 10, 2:00–4:00 p.m. ET)
- Therapeutic School/Program booths (with dedicated live Info Swap time on Thursday, 4:00–6:00 p.m. ET)
- K-12 School booths (with dedicated live School Exchange time on Friday, 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. ET)
- Vendors (with dedicated live time each day) Note: schools/colleges/programs are not eligible to be vendors
Each registered school/college/program will be able to upload their own unique content to their booth (e.g. video, materials, staff photos) that conference registrants can access 24 hours a day. During the dedicated time for your section of the Exhibit Hall, we encourage you to be at your booth and available for live video chats with visitors. You can choose to be available at your booth as much or as little as you want each day, and you can live chat with visitors any time. We encourage you to be as accessible as possible throughout the week to maximize opportunities for you to connect with IECs and other participants and vice versa! But no worries—if you’re not at your booth, IECs will still be able to drop off their contact information so you can connect with them later. And for any registrants who are early birds or night owls (or in an overseas time zone), they can also wander through the Exhibit Hall any time they choose and leave their contact information at your booth. All conference participants will be able to continue to visit your booth and request information there through December 10.
