Leadership Opportunities
The Nominating Committee wishes to ensure that IECA continues to provide leadership of the highest quality. As such, the Committee invites you to suggest a fellow member or submit your own name for consideration for nomination to the Board of Directors of IECA. We ask that you download and complete the form below. Please review the guidelines and responsibilities of a member of the Board of Directors of IECA, as stated at the conclusion of the form.
Volunteer Opportunities
Presentations at Conferences; Moderate Sessions at Conferences; Serve on Committees & Task Forces; Help with Campus Tours; Help with Conference Planning; Serve on Workshop Faculty; Represent IECA at external events (NATSAP, NACAC); Mentoring; Outreach; Volunteer Leadership Roles in the Association.

Criteria for Board Membership Include:
• Membership in IECA for at least three years
• Demonstrated leadership in IECA
• Participation on committees, in programs, and/or at regional meetings
• Role model for other members
Responsibilities of members of the IECA Board of Directors include:
• Ability to serve a three-year term
• Attendance at all Board of Directors meetings (4-5 hours each) before and/or after each semi-annual conference
• Involvement in one or more committee(s)
• Willingness to be considered for future IECA leadership
• Commitment to represent IECA with the highest professionalism and ethics
