IECA's Spring Conference
May 7-9, 2015 • Baltimore, Maryland
Registration for our spring conference is now open.
To better ensure that registered conference attendees have first access to rooms in our conference hotels, you will receive the hotel and reservation information on the final screen of the registration process. See "Hotel Information" below for rates and additional information.

IECA Cancellation/Refund Policy
Please note that IECA must receive written notification of cancellation by mail, fax, or e-mail to: [email protected]. Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule; we cannot apply fees to future events.
Cancellations received by February 28: 100% refund minus $20 cancellation fee; received from March 1 through April 1: approximately 50% refund; received after April 1: No refunds/credits for future events.

Tuesday, May 5, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm in conference hotel (welcome reception Monday evening)
IECA and NATSAP have teamed up to offer these one-day intense one-on-one opportunities for IECA’s Therapeutic members to learn about RTCs, wilderness programs, and emotional growth boarding schools. Registration for this event is conducted through the NATSAP web site. Participation is limited, and pre-registration is required.
Conference attendees ONLY may book at the listed IECA Conference rate ($229 single or double). Note: A maximum of two rooms may be reserved under a conference registrant’s name. Those not registered for the conference will pay the hotel’s standard rates (usually $289 and up). You must mention IECA to receive the conference discount rate or use the online booking process that is provided with conference registration. Complimentary Internet access is included for all rooms reserved inside the IECA group block.
Airport Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is approximately 12 miles from the conference hotel. Taxis are readily available and will cost around $45. A cost-effective option is the SuperShuttle. Book online at www.supershuttle.com (using group code SL6GF) for a $32 round trip fee from/to BWI.
Self parking is $26 daily and valet parking is $45 daily at the hotel.
