Registration is being conducted exclusively through our online registration system. To better ensure that registered conference attendees have first access to rooms in our conference hotel, you will receive the hotel and reservation information on the final screen of the registration process. See "Hotel Information" below for rates and additional information. You may also register for the IECA-sponsored pre-conference tours on our registration page. You do not have to attend the conference to register for the tours.

Conference Fees
Note: Fees are listed in U.S. Dollars

$465 Regular Registration (February 27 - April 1)
$60 Late Fee (after April 1)
IECA Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellations received by March 8: 100% refund minus $20 cancellation fee; received from March 9 through April 1: approximately 50% refund; received after April 1: No refunds.
Hotel Information
Conference attendees ONLY may book at the listed IECA Conference rates (note rate is in Canadian dollars): single or double: $229CAD = approx. $215USD as of publication date; currency rates fluctuate. Note: A maximum of two rooms may be reserved under a conference registrant’s name. Those not registered for the conference will pay the hotel’s standard rates (usually $279CAD and up). You must mention IECA to receive the conference discount rate, or use the online booking process that is provided with conference registration.
Looking for a Roommate for the IECA Spring Conference?
To assist conference attendees in keeping finances down in the current economy, we are maintaining a list of anyone who would like to share a room at our upcoming conference in Toronto. We will then send the list to anyone who requests it. Please note that we will not have any involvement in selecting or matching roommates, reserving rooms, or providing any additional logistical services; we are simply offering a means to connect those who may wish to share a room. Travel Information
Airport
Toronto Pearson International Airport is located 16 miles from downtown and is accessible by
public transit.
By Rail
VIA Rail and AMTRAK bring visitors into the heart of the city each day. Toronto’s Union Station is located centrally downtown and connects to the underground subway. Reservations: 416-366-8411 or visit www.viarail.com.
By Road:
Several highways, including highways 2, 401, 407 and the Queen Elizabeth Way, link surrounding cities to Toronto. Nearest Canada-U.S. border crossings are at Niagara Falls, Fort Erie-Buffalo, and Windsor-Detroit.
Entry Into Canada: Travel Document Requirements
Canada has one of the most advanced customs processes in the world to provide visitors with security and ease of travel. Visitors must have valid travel documents to enter Canada to provide proof of their citizenship. Document requirements vary depending on from which country you are traveling.
U.S. Residents:
American visitors traveling by air require a valid passport to re-enter the United States. Visit the State Department Web site for more information.
