Registration for our fall conference is now open. To better ensure that registered conference attendees have first access to rooms in our conference hotels, you will receive the hotel and reservation information on the final screen of the registration process. IECA Cancellation / Refund Policy
Please note that IECA must receive written notification of cancellation by mail, fax, or e-mail to: info@IECAonline.com. Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule; we cannot apply fees to future events. Conference cancellations received by August 31: 100% refund minus $20 cancellation fee; received from September 1 through October 1: approximately 50% refund; received after October 1: No refunds/credits for future events.
IECA has arranged for attendees to receive special discounts to the Disney Theme Parks. These discounts include late afternoon and evening tickets, specifically designed for those who wish to go to the parks (or join family already there) after the conference program concludes. For information, click here. Note that discounts must be purchased by 9:00 p.m. EDT on October 31. See the Families section below for additional information for those bringing family members to Orlando.
To ensure priority access to our room block, only registered attendees will receive the hotel name and reservation link on the final screen of the registration process, and in their confirmation e-mail. Conference attendees ONLY may book at the listed IECA Conference rate ($195 single or double plus $5 resort fee). Note: A maximum of two rooms may be reserved under a conference registrant's name. Those not registered for the conference will pay the hotel's standard rates (usually $239 and up). You must mention IECA to receive the conference discount rate, or use the online booking process that is provided with conference registration. Complimentary Internet access is included for all rooms reserved inside the IECA group block.
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 22 miles from the conference hotel. Taxis are readily available and will cost around $60. A more affordable alternative is Mears Motor Shuttle. With special pricing for IECA conference attendees, round trip fair is just $32 (with coupon). Visit the Mears website for details.

Bringing the Family to Orlando? Here's what you need to know.
We know that many of you will have children, spouses, grandkids and others joining you in Orlando. We hope you have a wonderful time, and to ensure we're all on the same page, here's some information to make your stay--and the experience for your colleagues--more pleasant.
Educational sessions are designed for professionals. Whether a general session, a round-table discussion, movie, or a breakout, let's leave the family members outside so that attendees can get down to business. Only registered conference attendees will be admitted to all educational sessions. Let's understand how frustrated the little ones would feel sitting silently in the back of a room when the hotel offers several pools, a game room, miniature golf, a beach, an ice cream parlor and so much more (including Disney parks a walk or boat ride away!) Educational sessions end early each day (ranging from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) to plan your adventures.
Thursday night is our exciting blowout event—family members are invited! Guests are invited and that includes all family members. The evening starts with a beach barbecue (right on hotel property) where there will be an extensive menu, including options for kids of all ages. We'll then take a short 10-minute walk (strollers are fine) to a private area of Epcot® right at the World Showcase Lagoon where we'll have a lavish dessert buffet and front row viewing of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. Guest pricing for family members: Adults (age 13+) - $85; Kids (ages 3-12) - $65
Other Meals including sit down meals and buffets, including breakfast each morning and food served during the School and College Fair and the Information Swap are for registered conference attendees only. We are not able to accommodate children or guests at these meals.
Disney Park Tickets: For attendees who wish to purchase regular priced tickets on site, a Disney representative will be available at a booth off the hotel lobby so attendees can avoid long lines and purchase park tickets before leaving the hotel. For advance purchase savings, please click here.
