Conference Update
by Rachel Diamond, Conference Manager, IECA
As you read in Mark’s blog recently, registrations have been pouring in for our Fall Conference in Charlotte this November—we’re now at approximately 765 registrants with more than 250 educational consultants attending!
Many of you have been asking if we have sponsorship, exhibitor and advertising opportunities still available, especially given the high number of registrations (we still have 11 weeks to go!), and the short answer is Yes!
We offer sponsorships starting as low as $500, and we’re happy to work with schools, colleges, and programs that wish to join together to share a sponsorship. While a dozen sponsors have already signed on, some of our most popular sponsorships remain available. Sponsorships allow you to maximize your exposure at the conference—as well as before and after with recognition on the IECA Web site. For more information, you can download the Fall Conference Sponsorship Brochure. Please contact me directly if you have any questions: Rachel@IECAonline.com or 703-591-4850 ext. 16.
We also welcome advertisements in our Conference Guide, which is used by all attendees during the conference and referred to long after it ends, as contact information for all attendees is included. To learn more, download our Advertising flyer. Discounts are offered for those who are sponsors or choose to advertise in the IECA newsletter, Insights. Please contact Sarah Brachman in our office if you have questions about placing an ad: Sarah@IECAonline.com or 703-591-4850 ext. 11.
In addition to the School & College Fair, and Therapeutic Information Swap, we also will be featuring an Exhibit Hall for suppliers of goods and services to consultants, schools, programs, and colleges. We have planned a number of exciting events to take place inside the exhibit hall and expect heavy traffic. Exhibitors pay a fee of $895, which is inclusive of all booth-related expenses, as well as participation in meal and networking events.
We have a wonderful program planned for Charlotte and we look forward to seeing you there!
